BFAIR Promotes Tami Minck to Director of Quality Assurance

Dec. 13, 2022 (North Adams, MA) – Tami Minck has been promoted to Director of Quality Assurance from Quality Facilitator and Human Rights Coordinator. “Tami has been a great asset to the Quality Department over the last 8 months providing us with her knowledge and organizational skills and has been a resourceful member of the organization”, states Erin Shea VP of Quality Compliance.

Tami has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Service field. She holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University.

Tami’s primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of quality support and services, ensuring regulations are met and that all programs are adhering to CARF/DDS standards. She also manages all aspects of the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS).
