Adult Foster Care – Open House

OPEN HOUSE – Please join us Tuesday, November 29th from 10AM to noon or from 4PM – 6PM at BFAIR’s Family Resource office located at 53 Eagle Street, Pittsfield for an informational meeting on our Adult Foster Care Program (AFC).

BFAIR’s AFC program is designed for any person 16 years of age or older who is eligible for Mass Health benefits and has a physical, or cognitive disability and a medical condition. BFAIR’s AFC program offers RN Nursing supports, Professional Case management and a tax-free stipend. Speakers, current AFC providers, and refreshments will be available. An AFC Open-House session will also be held on Tuesday, December 6th from 4PM – 6PM located at 771 South Church Street, North Adams.
