RESIDENTIAL SERVICES We provide flexible individualized living assistance for persons ranging from young adulthood through elderly years.
Our services are provided in safe, therapeutic environments designed to promote the self-enhancing routines and rhythms of a fulfilling life. Focus is placed upon individual dignity, community participation, relationship building, choice/decision making and developing competency. These elements provide the underpinnings that enable each person to attain his or her optimal development while providing safeguards and advocacy as necessary. BFAIR's Community Residential Services staff of dedicated individuals,includes Master's level clinicians and nursing personnel. All staff are trained in the service elements, DMR required curricula and are held to the highest professional standards. Many of our programs have evolved into dynamic, accountable Self-Directed Teams that function with much empowerment, and the support of a Team Supervisor, Clinical Resource Team and ILEX Mentor. |
