Clinical Support Services

BFAIR’s Clinical Support Services program includes implementations of behavioral treatment plans, consistent pharmacologic intervention and monitoring. Our clinical staff works collaboratively with community-based clinicians to provide support as needed (psychiatry, neurology, etc.) and with local and regional psychiatric facilities. Our Clinical services team provides individual assessment and consultative case reviews, supports all agency programs and trains agency staff in the development of individualized therapeutic plans using the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Our clinical department provides consultation services for our adult population as well as supporting students in multiple school districts. Clinical staff provide individual assessments which lead to behavioral and pharmacological plan development, training and monitoring. Treatment integrity is of the upmost importance which places a strong emphasis on individualizing each plan and approach accordingly. Utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, data-driven decision making is a critical part of daily operations in assuring each person reaches their fullest potential. Collaboration with supporting agencies to assure program consistency and appropriate pharmacological intervention is also a key element.

BFAIR’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst also provides consultation to children enrolled in neighboring school districts as a member of the IEP team. Functional assessments, plan development, and program monitoring are key components to assisting students in becoming more inclusive within the educational environment.
