ByBerkshire Family And Individual Resources (BFAIR) is recruiting a psychologist or masters level clinician to serve as a volunteer on our Human Rights Committee. Meetings are monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 4pm; usually there are 10 meetings a year, including the Annual Appreciation Dinner. The Human Rights Committee is responsible for assisting the agency to affirm, promote and protect the human and civil rights of the people we support. The types of agenda items include behavior treatment plans, medication treatment plans, use of restraint, restrictive interventions and medication errors.
