BFAIR Hires Cardillo as Director of Marketing
Feb. 12, 2019 (North Adams, MA) – BFAIR (Berkshire Family & Individual Resources) is pleased to announce that Katrina Cardillo, has joined as Director of Marketing.
Her experience spans over a decade from the automotive industry to nonprofits in the local Berkshire community. Katrina joined the marketing team in the automotive division of Dominion Enterprises, Dominion Dealer Solutions, becoming the second member of the corporate marketing team where she was responsible for division marketing and participation in industry events.
After several years at Dominion Dealer Solutions, Katrina changed careers and has worked in human services for the last five years. Most recently, she was the Director of Marketing & Development at Berkshire County Arc.
“Katrina possesses a wealth of professional skill in the marketing field as well as invaluable experience working with not-for-profits marketing services for people with disabilities”, said Rich Weisenflue, CEO of BFAIR. Cardillo holds a master’s degree in business from MCLA and a certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. Firmly rooted in the Berkshires, Cardillo serves on the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts M.B.A. Program Advisory Board and is a member of the 1Berkshire Class of 2014 Berkshire Leadership Program. Cardillo also volunteers as a marketing consultant for the Northern Berkshire United Way.
