BFAIR Promotes HR Generalist to Onboarding & Employee Relations Specialist
Feb. 28, 2024 (North Adams, MA) – BFAIR promotes Rebecca Ritcher to Onboarding and Employee Relations Specialist.
Rebecca Ritcher, who began with BFAIR in 2018 as a Direct Support Professional, has dedicated her career to providing quality service and support to the individuals BFAIR serves.
In 2023 Rebecca achieved her aPHR (Associate Professional Human Resource certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute HRCI). As part of her new role, Rebecca will oversee the entire staff onboarding process and align her goals to support the agency’s overall strategic plan.
Michelle Baity, SVP of Human Resources, states, “Rebecca has worked hard to further her career and education within the agency, assuming the role of HR Generalist in 2021; she is truly an asset to the agency.”
In addition, she will help the agency hire talented and qualified team members and continue to support all areas of Human Resources. Rebecca is an integral, dedicated, and talented part of the HR team.
