BFAIR Welcomes Quality Assurance Facilitator and Human Rights Coordinator, Tami Minck

Mar. 10, 2022 (North Adams, MA) BFAIR welcomes Tami Minck as Quality Assurance Facilitator and Human Rights Coordinator.

Tami started her career as a direct support professional working in a residential program in Rhode Island and has since worked in a variety of roles, including as a Residential Director, Program Coordinator, and most recently as the Director of Data Analytics and Quality Enhancement for Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester MA.

Tami’s professional experiences includes serving on Human Rights Committees (HRC) and volunteering as the Chairperson for the HRC for a provider agency in Rhode Island for many years.

Minck received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University.

Erin Shea, VP of Quality Compliance states the importance of this role, “Tami’s primarily responsible to ensure the delivery of quality supports and services, ensuring regulations are being met and adherence to CARF/QUEST standards. As Quality Assurance Facilitator she will be performing program visits to assess all activities, programs and plans to ensure current services align with BFAIR’s mission and values, reflect national accreditation standards as well as managing all aspects of Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS).”
