This year’s theme was “Celebrating Value and Talent”

At BFAIR, we believe meaningful employment changes lives. Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing stories and quotes from individuals in our Employment Program who are breaking barriers, achieving goals, and showing the power of inclusion in the workplace.

BFAIR interviewed several people in our Employment Program about what their jobs in the community mean to them, how it helps them with their independence, and the amazing connections they make every day.
